At the initiative of the consumer: It is accepted only before sending your order through our website, through the e-mail given with your order. If the cancellation is made after the shipping process has started, then you will be charged with the shipping costs.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment.
Product returns are accepted in specific cases which are the following:
- The case in which the products you have received have a real defect or are of poor quality with proven fault of anassa-clothing.gr
- The case in which anassa-clothing.gr inadvertently sent you the wrong products and not the ones you ordered.
- The case in which the product we sent you has a defect and is covered by warranty.
- In case of error of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within a period not exceeding 5 working days.
Product returns are accepted under the following conditions, otherwise anassa-clothing.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them:
The return must be made within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
The returned product must be in excellent condition, just as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift that may have been included. In case the extra gift is not returned, then its value is deducted from the returned amount. In case of use of the product or alteration of their original condition, the return is not accepted.
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the purchase document (retail receipt or invoice). If the purchase was made by credit card, the original of the clip issued by the bank terminal must be displayed.
If the conditions are met and a return of the product is accepted, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note for the purchase of another product or products of equal value or to have a refund in case he paid in cash. In case the payment was made by credit card, a transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) of his credit card will be made.
Before returning the product, you should contact us to inform us about the product and the problem presented at firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours and days.
The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 25551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013).
. Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment or use the box in which you received it.
. Insert a document in the package informing us how you wish to resolve the financial issue.
. Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order and specifically through the competent returns department.
